This is an absolutely key feature for a PDF _READER_ to have. It's simply appalling that Adobe has paywalled it, making the app a downright nuisance to use for the most basic of viewing tasks.
The only workaround is to rotate your device and activate rotation lock, which makes it difficult to fill forms or highlight.
Reordering and inserting pages is a premium feature, no dispute there. However desktop versions allow rotation separately from that. Why not split "page orientation" from the "organise" tool?
If this is how Adobe treats free users there's no way I would buy premium.
