    Sounds frustrating when something you rely on doesn’t work like it used to. It reminds me of how important consistent upgrades and training are in any field. For example, in plumbing, becoming a Master plumber requires more education and training (like this one https://www.howtobecomeaplumber.org/plumbers-journeyman-vs-master/) to handle complex jobs and keep everything running smoothly. Same idea could apply here—maybe they just need to invest more in making improvements or rethinking the software.
    If it feels like it’s time to move on, exploring other tools or even getting involved in user feedback for newer options could be worth a shot.
