    Also having this issue on Adobe Acrobat 25.001.20577 on several PCs. The error seems to occur in acroML.dll in the function PDMediaQuerySetMediaType. I can provide crash logs if needed. Disabling Generative AI features in Preferences doesn't seem to have any effect.
