I feel the same way. Liquid Mode is useful, but when it loads automatically, it slows down the document and sometimes breaks the layout. It would be easier if it stayed off by default so we could view the original PDF first and only turn it on when needed. I deal with a lot of PDFs while reviewing emulator guides on https://aetherrsx2.com/, and having that extra loading step gets a bit annoying.
