    Adobe Support Team,

    I hope you are well.

    I am writing to request a refund for my Adobe Acrobat Premium Annual subscription that was purchased via Google Play.

    Details:

    Product: Adobe Acrobat Premium – Annual

    Amount charged: KES 7,600

    Transaction ID: GPA.3387-2979-2519-93511.0

    Purchase platform: Google Play

    This subscription was activated unintentionally. Once I realized the charge, I immediately cancelled the subscription and contacted Google Play for a refund. Unfortunately, Google Play informed me that the purchase does not meet their refund policy and advised me to contact Adobe directly as the developer.

    I have not made significant use of the service, and the subscription was cancelled promptly. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my case and issuing a full refund if possible.

    I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support in resolving this matter.
