I need an refund please, my family member starts the trial plan and afte that trial has a yearly plan but its not my and theres nothing my permission and now it purchases in my card so please refund and also i cancelled the subscription

I am writing to request a refund for my Adobe Acrobat Premium Annual subscription that was purchased via Google Play.

Purchase platform: Google Play
This subscription was activated unintentionally. Once I realized the charge, I immediately cancelled the subscription and contacted Google Play for a refund. Unfortunately, Google Play informed me that the purchase does not meet their refund policy and advised me to contact Adobe directly as the developer.
I have not made significant use of the service, and the subscription was cancelled promptly. I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my case and issuing a full refund if possible.
I would greatly appreciate your understanding and support in resolving this matter.
