  1. Don't hide the download button for doccuments in a "•••". it made me crazy trying to find it.

    I often need to download pdfs, and pdfs I send often need to be downloaded. I'm sure I'm not alone. I've had so many instances of people not being able to find where to download the documents, and usually it has been just long enough between uses that I forget where it is again. Please make it more obvious.
