    I used to be able to change the signature color in my fully licensed legacy version of Adobe 9.0. I'm unable to do so in the Adobe Acrobat DC versions. In order to conform to document submission standards by U.S. Federal, and State government agencies, signatures must be blue, not black by default. Why is this an issue in an updated release, it's inexcusable!!!
