    Please note that after thre and a half Hour of taking to Adobe Staff in India Today on the 2(6/09/2018) trying to rreson with people that have no Idaea of buisness and how to manage poeples account, poeple that can not see out side a given sqaure, I have or I should Say I had , two accounts with Addobe no( 1) that I sighn into as personal email and no 2) that I have been sighing in with my Apple and Google ID email address that has been sent up and has been in existance sice (Nov 19889).

    In this instance Over two days i.e. have tryied in vaine to disscuss with Adobe staff Inc in relation to My account`s being Debited for year and a half and not being able to access it.

    This is in the name or signing in by using my email adress as costa@eventswarehouse.com.au ie ( my Apple ID and FACEBOOK USER NAME AND GOOGLE username sighhn in email address..

    I also have been sighing in as (cosatsakmakis@hotmail.com) my personal email address and have been subscribing and paying for services in my Adobe ID account. However somewhere somehow Adobe ,Google, Facebook, has created two accounts and I have been contributing and paying for both accounts .

    I explained this in depth to your staff member Today and yesterday but just could not understand me as
    ( I was unable to confirm my Username Or email address for the second account , bothAdobe staff members quoted PRIVACY RESONS , AGAIN THEY EMPHASISED {PRIVACY, PRIVACY PRIVACY, OVER AND OVER AGAIN) , like a broken record,

    I understand privacy, however I correctly and accurately, discosed information about the related account numbers that have been debited, acount holders details, CREDIT CARD DETAILS, REFERENCE NUMBERS, VISA CARD EXPIRY DATES, BSB AND ACCOUNT DTAILS witin the CREDIT CARD ACOUNT ,WITHDRAWAL amounts dates ECT ECT, ECT. Any person with no experience in these matters let alone THREE STAFF MEMBERS, that call them selves ADOBE employees ,would see that there is no Privacy issue here, that I , the two account`s created by you the system are one and the same ME, ME.     It wasn't until We or you Adobe, Suggested that we close the account and send an email to the Account holder, I.e.Username and email address, Which i.e. explained to the staffers Several times that it was Myself that created the account but could not remember at the time email address or username the second account was under as this was managed by GOOGLE AUTO SIGH IN AND MANGED PASSWORDS that logged me in to the account.

    This is an oxymoron Totally Bizarre and I we the end user , On the contractual agreement with yourselves Cannot understand what has gone wrong why the accounts were split in the fist place and why we been changed twice and why two different payment methods, I need someone to call me ASAP and Get to the bottom of this.     Please note that I will login a complaint with VCAT the local governing authority and bring your coma[any to account , please do not ignore this matter . Your Company buisness ethics ARE VERY QUESTIONABLE IN THEIS MATTER , AS YOU ADDOBE WILL CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR NON PAYMENT OR COLLECTION OF SUBSCRIPTION OR DOWNGRADE OF SERVICES=VUICES , HOEVER IF YOU CUSTOMER PAY AND KEPPS ON PAYING OF SERVICES AGRRED TOW BY BOTH PARTIES , EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICES ARE NEVER USED OR ANY EQUIRY INTO THE Accounts or even logging into the account Ie no action by the user for a PRE LONG PERIOD OF TIME.

    ADOBE will not take any action to contact the customer r AS LONG AS The MONEY KEEPS ON ROLLING IN ( AND THAT`S THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS ).
