    Attorney requires combining + table of contents to complete an Appellate Brief asap. The brief and the appendix must have a table of contents. The appendix is a compilation of pdf's filed with the court and downloaded from the official Chronological Case Summary. Cannot create it in Word first. Please give a solution asap. sheilatow@gmail.com 11/20/18 - due 12/7/18!!
