    Please provide the URL of the DropBox PDF file you are trying to open

  2. Loss content: I just updated my Adobe and have loss all my saved content from all my class content I need these back for work.can someone

    Did you login to document cloud?
    Can you send a screen shot of Acrobat after you launch the APP?

  3. I cannot log in to the account, the prompt is that the access is denied. Hope you could help fix it as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    Please provide your geolocation & emailID.
    Note: "Adobe.com" service is not available in some geolocations. You will get access denied error messages when you try to sign in to the application from those geolocations.
