  1. Signing in is an arduous process which doesn't work more often than not. I have since found I need to close and open multiple times.

    Same issue. This program drives me NUTS! Every time I open a doc I need to log in. Then it takes forever, and more than half the time it doest even work and I need to close it out and reopen/sign in again. Real waste of time and as we all know - time is money in the business world. How would Adobe like it if every time they tried to charge someone they got locked up, had to restart the whole process and hope it worked the second or third time through?? Oh - and this happened every single time they tried to charge a customer?!
