    I was in your shoes earlier this week. I don’t work for adobe but when a company takes money out of your account- especially when it’s unexpected- we feel so invaded. VERY MUCH and I emphasis VERY MUCH to my surprise I had a full refund in my account practically four hours later and better yet I didn’t have to go on a wild goose chase from one rep to another. As soon as you come across their rather easy help “channels” you should have your refund in no time. Obviously I can’t guarantee thats the case for every situation but as a fellow customer who needed 2 glasses of wine to get through this labyrinth of disappointment- there is hope.
