  12. Request for payment won’t go away

    I paid 69.99 for PDF pack for and 23.99 for PDF export, but I still CANNOT ACCESS FEATURES SUCH AS COMBINE FILES.

    The app keeps asking me to pay again. I press the pay again option and get message that I have already subscribed. I can’t get out of this error loop! The blue star next to “combine files” won’t go away. I just cancelled export to see if it would help - nope.

  13. Can’t sign

    Since update 19.06.00, I can’t seem to sign my documents. I created them, they are not from some outside source with restrictions. I’ve been doing my work on acrobat everyday for the last 9m, no problems. I think it has something to do with this latest update because my problem started right around this time. I use my iPhoneX, haven’t tried on any other system yet.

  15. text search for Acrobat on IPad stopped working

    19.04.00 (20190411.111013). typing a search term in the Q field stopped working. I get no results on any pdf. Worked previously.

  17. Where is my Adobe PDF Pack on iPhone

    I subscribed to the Adobe PDF Pack on iPhone and I cannot find it anywhere. I still see only the old Acrobat Reader and Scan, without any new/additional commands. Please advise...

    Why is my profile for my 2 x email addresses not linked?... I have an Adobe DC Pro subscription, yet it requests my credit card no. For it to download on my iPhone?.... my email addresses are: [emailaddress1] and [emailaddress2].

  20. Hanging Up when Used Simultaneously with other Apps

    After initially opening the app and reading a file, if I switch to another app and reopen Adobe to continue from where I left, it freezes.
