An error occurred while saving the comment Ishpreet Singh Sabharwal commentedI had called up adobe customer care and the executive said that since I have subscribed through iTunes, and Apple has not released payment I need to unsubscribe and ask apple for a refund then subscribe again.
I did all of that, today I got my refund and tried to subscribe again.
I have been charged the amount and still am not able to convert files!!
The app is updated as well and keeps on crashing when I click on my account.
What are my options?
It seems like adobe charges me money for absolutely nothing!
I never expected such a pathetic and unprofessional, unreliable service from adobe!!Ishpreet Singh Sabharwal shared this idea ·
If I try to subscribe I am told I have already subscribed till 2020
