    PDFs are being created, as they have previously directly from Ai and Indd by saving as and checking the box to open once saved.

    The side issue is that whilst there is an Acrobat update in keeps requesting to close the programme to install but fails the update because the programme is open.

    I've tried to update with the standalone but the link is unresponsive and does nothing.

    When creating a pdf version for an Ai or ID document with check box ticked to open after save it fails to open resulting in an error message that the file can't be found. However, the new file has been created in the folder.
