    Update: The small window behavior is not limited to Portfolio files. It occurs on some regular pdf's also. The behavior is consistent in that a pdf will either open correctly (to the current size of the Acrobat window) or to the small size every time it is opened (the behavior is not random, but is based on the file being opened).
