I usually do my presentations with LaTex Beamer so that my presentation is a .pdf. Using \setbeameroption{show notes on second screen}, I can take notes for each slide. Then, I can display the slides to people and the notes to me on my computer using pdf readers such as pympress or dspdf. But they don't work correctly with the package animate when I want animations. I would prefer to use adobe as it works correctly with the animations... but not in dual-screen :/
