    I too want to cancel my subscription to Adobe Export P D !!! I never really finished downloading it and it wouldn't let me finish. Besides that I tried to download it last year and the same thing happened and you took out of my account $25.31 both last year AND this year. I sent in to get a refund and I NEVER got it. Now I WANT IT. It is NOT on my computer and I've never used it, so put my money back NOW. I am going to alert my bank about this FRAUD.
