    Thanks for using 'Document Cloud Web' and sharing the feedback. We tried the issue you mentioned about 'delete or resolve comments'. Unfortunately it seems to be working fine, can you please share these details:

    Is it file specific or happening with all the documents ?
    Is it possible to share the document or the review link to try it out at our end ?
    Are you seeing any error(on screen or browser console) when you try to delete or resolve comments ?

    Sorry to hear that, can you pease share more details on what exactly you are trying and where you are trying, so that we can check ? It would really help if you can share 'session id' in case you see that in the error message.

    I understand that there are recurring error while loading files from share point site and when it works it takes several minutes. Can you please share more details on what error message when loading fails so that we can debug further ? Also delayed loading is specific to few files or is it across the site ?

    Sorry to hear that users are facing issues, would be really great if you can share more details like when exactly you are getting these error messages and are they specific to some files, so that we can investigate further.
