We need to have this "Add note to text" button and it should work in the same way as in the mouse (right-click) menu. It is so much neater to comment on a text in this way than by using the "Add note to text" tool (written text covers the commented text), not to speak of the "Sticky note," which neither points precisely nor is securely attached to the place in the text it refers to (it can get displaced),
I regularly instruct authors to add comments on their PDF: (1) insert text, (2) strike text, (2) replace text, and (4) add note to text. 1 to 3 can be done by mouse menu, 2 to 4 by using the buttons. Can we have a system that covers all four please? Easiest is to add a "Add note to text" button.
