    Thanks for reporting the issue. Could you please share some details on where you tried to delete the "For Signature" files (which I assume are Adobe Sign agreements)? Was it the search result page?

    You should be able to delete agreements from the Privacy setting page:
    1. Click the profile icon on the upper right corner
    2. Select Settings from the popup menu
    3. Click Edit signature settings
    4. You should be able to find the Privacy page from there
