For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. You need to have the ability to resend documents to be signed cause the idiots can't find them in their inbox.
    Also, default settings for signing documents i.e. push notifications when they have not signed should NOT be hidden, should have that there so I can apply this to each document I send out.
    Also, automatic reminders that documents have NOT been signed to the person who set up the document in the first place!

  4. Adobe Acrobat Sign. Like the emailed receipt/ attachment version--where the audit report is included on the last page--please add the option to "Include Audit Report" when downloading an agreement from the web or Windows app. It is annoying that I cannot retrieve a copy WITH the audit report included (it onyl lets you download them separately--see attached screenshot). Since by design you cannot edit/ combine docs after signatures, it is not possible to attach the audit report myself. Please vote on this idea!

  5. The new AdobeSign in v 2023.008.20533 is so full of problems that we have gone back to printing forms and signing them in ink. Why does AdobeSign change the entire formatting of the finished PDF? Font size and word wrap are two examples of items that are completely ruined when sending in AdobeSign now.

  6. The app doesn’t let me request signatures from mobile when 2fa is enabled (see screenshot where it says get app when I am using the app already). I want to use this a lot for NDAs and I bet others too

    • Reminders go to EVERYONE, not just the intended.
    • The links on those reminders do not open the document for the secondary signee.
    • The subject line of the automated emails has code and unfriendly for recipients.
    • Even when "Recipients must sign in order" is selected, all recipients get the email right away now.
    • Field validation no longer exists for phone numbers.

  9. Previously there was a "Sign and Send" feature that seems to have been removed in the latest update.

    I routinely send documents that need my signature plus the signature of a subcontractor. So I prepare my document with a signature block for me and for the other person.

    Previously, I could click "Sign and Send" which would let me immediately sign and then send the document along.

    Now, I have to click "Review and Send" which sends the document to me (the first signer). The next step does offer the "It's time to sign" option which is definitely helpful. But…

  10. Every Monday, I send out dozens of work orders to be signed, usually in groups of 4 or 5 to the same person. However, I need each PDF to be separate… and the current system will combine multiple files into one document. So currently, I have to send each document individually.

    It would be great if I could add several files to the e-sign workflow for one person, add the signature boxes for each one, and then send them all separately still … but I think there is a step or two that could be combined. Thanks!

  12. estoy utilizando ya hace 3 años adobe sign desde la version escritorio. Todo venia bien hasta la ultima actualizacion , donde ahora es todo muchisimo mas lento y engorroso y tiene muchos bugs. Ahora mismo estoy intentando enviar un documento y no me carga absolutamente nada

  13. Train your customer support agents. Like even just a little training would be helpful before you throw them onto the chat line. I went though 15 different agents for 4 hours across 2 days to get info that should have taken 10 minutes for someone to find on internal documentation. Extremely frustrated with this experience. The worst part of it all is that there was never an actual solution to my issue. I will be looking for a different product moving forward.

  14. I have 2 separate issues with templates for esigning.

    1- I have created a template for the 2024 W4, however every time I try to use the template for another employee it get stuck in the preparing file for esign and when I refresh the page it just says error has occurred. At this point I have to open the W4 new each time and redo the boxes/areas to sign and fill in each time, which defeats the purpose of the creating a template.
    i have been through this with customer support and I have re-created the template multiple times…

  15. When you use a web browser (Firefox, Safari or Chrome for example) you can obviously go to Acrobat Online (see Acrobat documents, see models and use some features as signing).

    However, the features are not the same on ipad or Mac/Windows. For me it is an issue because, when i use my ipad pro 13inch, the desktop is the same as a lot of nowadays laptop.

    For my personal case, I use a lot the creation of « web form » to recover some information before signing.

    When I do this on my ipad i tells me to download the Adobe Sign…

  17. I would love to be able to send signature request via SMS text messages. I enjoy using Adobe and prefer it over other signature platforms but I would love the convenience that sending docs vis SMS (like panda doc provides).

  18. After selecting "review and send", the "agreement name" section isn't taking left/right input from the keyboard. So if I want to change the cursor location, I have to either backspace or click on the location with the mouse.
