For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I used the E-sign yesterday, and now it wont work. We pay for adobe and other things from our company, so i dont understand why we cant use your E-sign system..

  2. As a home inspector, I send out agreements for electronic signature daily. Many times a week, my clients can't find the request for signature either because the Subject line does not stand out from other email and/or the request just goes to their SPAM folder.
    Anything Adobe could do to help avoid these requests going to people's SPAM folders would be much appreciated.

  3. DO NOT force Sign users to use New Sign until is ready; it is not ready now.
    New Sign breaks existing templates by (I think) defaulting all initial (& other?) fields to the first sender, even when it was 2nd sender on the template.
    Long-time user of Sign. Got the notice it's coming, whether we want it or not (and whether it's remotely ready, evidently.) So I tried it out.
    My documents have, typically, just two signers: me as sender and the recipient. Template docs have assigned fields with assigned fillers/signers/initialers -- either me or the recipient.

  4. I've noticed recently that, when I send a document out with a date request, the date is then not carrying through when the document is returned to me, i.e. not the date stamp on the signature, but if I ask someone to separately date the document, then the dating function isn't working.

  5. Hello Adobe Team,
    highly appreciate your efforts to continuously improve the product.
    there are couple of points i wanted to bring to your attention.
    1. the new Adobe Desktop version has a glitch where if i send a document for signature via Adobe Sign (desktop) the fields that I mark as to be signed by the customer, do not show up when the customer opens the document to sign. I have to come to web version of adobe in order to make sure that this doesn't happen.

  6. Hi there,
    On mobile phone, when we use the adobe sign to sign the documents, it seems we cannot change the signatures. we can do so on laptops and PCs only. As it is supposed to be convenient and user-friendly, the feature of swopping the signatures stored should work on mobile phones too. Please help look into it. Thanks

  7. Please update your help docs for the new Adobe Sign (which is terrible by the way). I just need a document to be initialed and you won't let me do it ... why? Your help docs suggest clicking an 'advanced editing' button to allow for this, but there isn't one with the new system.

  9. It is ridiculous to waste time to find it out e-signature feature and sending it to get sign.
    I endup using Dropbox for signature.
    Just advertisement, improve it.

  10. Please allow us to edit or delete an email / name once we have added one without having to delete and restart the entire transaction (For example, if we are sending to multiple recipients and one email bounces back, please give us the ability to edit that document instead of restarting)

  11. Templates are cumbersome to send, if they will even open. Super frustrating to need to send a document for signature and it won't load

  13. We would like to request a feature that allows multiple people to be assigned the same signing order. For example, have 3 tenants be able to view and sign documents at the same time (All 3 Tenants Assigned Signing Order 1), and then have the Landlord only be able to view and sign after the tenants have all signed (Landlord as Signing Order 2).

    For leasing services, the Landlord always has to sign last. Adding this feature would be helpful to minimize transactions so that we can include the landlord on the initial transaction. In the current format, it requires…

  15. Since you updated it has broken prepare a form. I can no longer save a pdf with any field (initials, signature, date, ect.) other than text and than request signatures from that saved pdf. It won't change the field from text to literally anything else.

  16. Bug = when I add a text box > insert some text > export PDF > the text box cuts off part of the last letter. Workaround I always have to do is add a few spaces at end of text box.

  17. Hi, we have been using adobe Web Forms for over a year now and can't complain except we hope there is a way to edit its pages. We hope you can go in to an existing web form and add, remove pages of it.

    Currently, yes you can edit a web form but only the text, signature fields etc. and not the pages.

    We have application forms (onboarding forms) that have 30 to 40 + pages that are constantly changing due to policy changes etc. What's happening is that once they are created and need changes, I cannot add, remove…

  19. I believe that incorporating a feature that allows prompts to be read out loud and utilizing the PDF reader for this purpose would significantly improve user experience and accessibility.

  20. I wish there was an option for checkboxes to apply to multiple fields. For example, my e-sign template has a portion that requires investors to check all that apply. This prevents me from using radio buttons because they only allow one selected answer, but when I use check boxes and the investor checks the box, all 20 check boxes check. Very upsetting and I'll probably have to use Docusign instead.
