  1. The new way of processing Requesting E-Signatures is honestly terrible. I am not sure why the beginning of the process was changed whenever you upload the files, another screen would prompt with adding recipients, then adding your message to go along with the document. It takes way longer now when doing mass requests. Please revert back to the previous process.

  2. Since you updated it has broken prepare a form. I can no longer save a pdf with any field (initials, signature, date, ect.) other than text and than request signatures from that saved pdf. It won't change the field from text to literally anything else.

We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with this feature, we will be more than happy to help resolve this problem! But first, could you please help us answer the following questions, so we understand this issue better:

    • Are you using the tool "Prepare a form" in the Acrobat Desktop app? If not, could you please explain the steps you take before facing this problem?
    • Does this happen with any file type?

  3. Template not working as intended. I set up a template with Date in a specific format (YYYY-MM-DD).

When I actually use the template, it always reverts to US date format, and I have to manually change it back to YYYY-MM-DD. This is very annoying

    Hi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, while we do our best to narrow down the possible cause of this issue, could you please provide the following details?

    1. The exact steps you’re taking to create and use the template.
    2. The platform or app version you’re using (Acrobat Web or Desktop).

We'll investigate this further and keep you updated on any progress.

  4. adobe acrobat üzerinden açtığım metinlerde altını çizdiğim alanlar kayboluyor, bunun için her yolu denedim ctrl+s yapıp çizili bölgeleri kaydettim, metinde altı çizili alanlar yine kayboldu metni hesabıma yükleyip açtım yine kayboldu.

The areas I underlined in the texts I opened via Adobe Acrobat disappear. I tried every way to do this. I did ctrl + s and saved the underlined areas. The underlined areas in the text disappeared again. I uploaded the text to my account and opened it. It disappeared again.

    Hi,

We are sorry you're experiencing issues with the app. While we try to narrow down the possible cause of this issue, could you please provide more information about it? For example, this error occurs when you upload a file to Acrobat Web or is it happening on the Desktop app? Any additional information that you could provide will help us address this issue as soon as possible.

    Thanks,

  5. In the last week I have sent approx 80 agreements for e-sign. Around 20% of people contacted me with the same issue. After they had signed an option appears to click 'Finish'. Once clicking 'Finish' the next option appears that reads 'Click to Sign' this was confusing to them as they had already signed. As a result they would not click and just left the screen believing they had "finished" Please consider rewording this step to 'Click to approve' or 'Click to finalise'

    Hi Jade,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the 'Click to Sign' option. We understand how this phrasing could cause confusion, especially after completing the signing process.

We will consider rewording this step to make it more intuitive.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will prioritize this improvement to ensure a smoother experience for all users.

  6. Mesmo editando o nome do arquivo, quando o envio é feito as solicitações de assinatura chegam com o nome ''binder'', isso atrapalha na organização.

  7. You seem to have made chages to the way Adobe works in a browser when I try to combine files to send for signature - I rename the combined file but it still sends them with the title 'binder' which is incredibly unhelpful.

Please could you revert back to the old system until you resolve this blip.

    Hello Angela,

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with the eSign feature. We are triaging your issue and are gathering more information to understand the problem better. Please bear with us while we can find the cause for the name not to be saved correctly.

In the meantime, could you give us more information regarding this issue? Does this happen when you select only one document also? Is this issue consistent on your end?

    Thanks,

  9. On the Request e-signatures - you moved the message to the bottom and it no longer takes the first file name and instead uses a generic "binder" as the title. With this hidden - it is so easy to accidentally send without changing the name. There should be an option to change the file name instead of having to cancel and reset up. I do not care for the new presentation.

  10. The new format for Requesting E-Signatures is, to put it bluntly, terrible.

Having all of the information you need to enter (email addresses, names, passwords, CC's, message & time frames) to the left side in a very small column is extremely tricky to navigate and takes much longer to do because I'm afraid I might miss something.

We use the e-signature feature quite often for signatures on E-file forms that must be password protected and correct. The process for doing so needs to be much more efficient and clearer as we process them many times a day during tax season.

    Hi Michele,

We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  11. It was nice when you requested e-signatures you had a template which opened allowing you to populate the signatures, title and select your files before being within the document.

I like the changes you have made allow us to edit the signature lists, add, delete and reorganize files.

I really miss the signature-document selection front page template, to the side of the document it is a little crowded and you can easily miss signers.

  14. Adobe sign:
    1. When a template is sent out for e-signature:
some recipients do not receive the email notification.
    2. Some recipients e-signature does not reflect after signage.

  15. When I have to get a signature, sometimes the signature on the phone comes out super small. Perhaps a way to help format the size before finalized. I know it is already "complicated" for those who are not tech savvy, so it may not be possible. Here is an example for info though. Thanks.

  16. Your software has been incredibly buggy. It's giving me errors constantly. Also, the new signtaure flow makes no sense. Some documents have the new UX and some have the old. The new is confusing, and the flow is stupid. Why on earth do you enter the email addresses on the left? And why is the field to update the email subject now hidden way down at the bottom? It just sucks and I'm leaving after nearly a decade. You guys really need to get it together.

  18. Very slow to select items. Also, for Chrome OS users, we need to be able to edit files directly on the device instead of saving them to cloud storage, as that will let us edit files in our Google Drive without signing in. Much easier instead of worrying about access to our Google Drive being blocked.

  20. your e-sign is so sketchy. people have an amazingly difficult time finishing these documents we send. either they can't finalize because they've finished all the fields, and adobe doesn't recognize that they have, or they don't finish.
What we desperately need is for adobe to allow us to see the progress. This is a basic feature implemented by other e-sign products like dochub for instance.
If we had ability to download 98% completed document, we could work with it. not seeing any progress until your broke finalization process is a deal breaker
