For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. As a home inspector, I send out agreements for electronic signature daily. Many times a week, my clients can't find the request for signature either because the Subject line does not stand out from other email and/or the request just goes to their SPAM folder.
    Anything Adobe could do to help avoid these requests going to people's SPAM folders would be much appreciated.

  2. Since you updated it has broken prepare a form. I can no longer save a pdf with any field (initials, signature, date, ect.) other than text and than request signatures from that saved pdf. It won't change the field from text to literally anything else.

  3. Bug = when I add a text box > insert some text > export PDF > the text box cuts off part of the last letter. Workaround I always have to do is add a few spaces at end of text box.

  4. Hi, we have been using adobe Web Forms for over a year now and can't complain except we hope there is a way to edit its pages. We hope you can go in to an existing web form and add, remove pages of it.

    Currently, yes you can edit a web form but only the text, signature fields etc. and not the pages.

    We have application forms (onboarding forms) that have 30 to 40 + pages that are constantly changing due to policy changes etc. What's happening is that once they are created and need changes, I cannot add, remove…

  6. I wish there was an option for checkboxes to apply to multiple fields. For example, my e-sign template has a portion that requires investors to check all that apply. This prevents me from using radio buttons because they only allow one selected answer, but when I use check boxes and the investor checks the box, all 20 check boxes check. Very upsetting and I'll probably have to use Docusign instead.

  8. Placeholders in documents for signing not visible.
    When I send a document for e-signature, and I refer to it before it has been signed, the document does not show the placeholders for the signatures and other fields (eg. name, date, company etc) that I have placed in the document.
    Docusign can do this, why is this not available here?

  9. The Acrobat E-Sign has a bug that for some people after they finished signing and hit submit, it will bring them back to the beginning and render the whole document unsigned. People have tried multiple browser, this bug happens to some but not to others.

  10. Feature suggestions:
    I will be leaving my position within the year and would like to be able to change a Web Form's route from me/my email to another employee/email upon the Web Form Signer's submission. As the features are currently, I'm unable to edit any recipients of a Web Form after publishing it.
    In attempting an alternate solution, I also realized that I cannot create an e-sign Template from a Web Form. The Web Form I created is very involved, so I would like to not have to recreate it as a template in order to share it with another…

  12. Your Adobe sign software is super buggy.

    I cannot save a local copy of the file I just opened.
    When I change the name from template to proper document name, it does not save and reverts to the old template name.
    The template date format was set to be YYYY-MM-DD, yet when I first open it, it reverts to American format, and I have to correct it again each time.

  13. In E-sign, when I add myself as a recipient, the "Prefill" recipient (which is also me) goes away and there doesn't seem to be an option to add it back. I have to leave the agreement I'm trying to send via e-sign and open it again to get the "Prefill" recipient back. But it disappears again if I add myself as a separate recipient.

  14. Adobe acrobat is not able to open any documents for me to sign, in both the desktop and browser version. It uploads half way and then gets stuck and never moves. Very frustrating.

  16. If a signer signs the document with the wrong name, it would be great to have a feature where we can resend the same AdobeSign as a fresh AdobeSign without having to replace all signature boxes.

  18. The new way of processing Requesting E-Signatures is honestly terrible. I am not sure why the beginning of the process was changed whenever you upload the files, another screen would prompt with adding recipients, then adding your message to go along with the document. It takes way longer now when doing mass requests. Please revert back to the previous process.

  19. I would love to have phone number and all address fields to be able to have it populated that same way it does for signature or name where it tells you what it is but also allow for checking stadarization ex: zip code is 5 numbers..

  20. Template not working as intended. I set up a template with Date in a specific format (YYYY-MM-DD).

    When I actually use the template, it always reverts to US date format, and I have to manually change it back to YYYY-MM-DD. This is very annoying
