For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Dear Adobe Acrobat Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to seek urgent assistance with my Adobe Acrobat services. I am subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat plan, paying €12.99 per month, which includes the feature to edit PDF documents. However, since Friday, your services have not been functioning at all.

    I am unable to load or display any PDF documents, which has completely halted my work since Friday. I need to understand the reason for this issue and request an urgent resolution.

  2. I used the E-sign yesterday, and now it wont work. We pay for adobe and other things from our company, so i dont understand why we cant use your E-sign system..

  3. Allow users to bulk download signed/filled documents as you would each individual. selecting more only states "cannot combine the documents" but would be beneficial to download multiple simultaneously.

  4. Move the continue button for terms of use to the top of the web form documents from the bottom. My customers struggle to scroll and find it.

  10. De vorige versies terugzetten. Ik had steeds een offline mogelijkheid om de acties te doen die ik nodig heb. Via omwegen - die ik daarvoor niet moest te doen - kan ik pas aan mijn werk beginnen. Als ik een andere software vind die gebruiksvriendelijker is, zet ik dit abonnement stop!   12. Urgent Complaint – Critical Data Loss After PDF Editing on iPad (Acrobat App)

    Dear Adobe Support,

    I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a serious incident with the Adobe Acrobat app on iPad. On April 25, 2025, I spent over two hours carefully filling out a PDF form using various free text fields and annotations while being signed into my Adobe account (Adobe ID: AE01322900059EDE).

  13. I've noticed recently that, when I send a document out with a date request, the date is then not carrying through when the document is returned to me, i.e. not the date stamp on the signature, but if I ask someone to separately date the document, then the dating function isn't working.

  15. The esign Web Form widget is having a glitch. When you add the Name field from Signer Info, the field itself adds and looks fine. Once you save, the field disappears. It needs to be fixed. I was able to get around it by adding a text field, but that is not a required field so it does not replace the required Full Name field.

  17. Please update your help docs for the new Adobe Sign (which is terrible by the way). I just need a document to be initialed and you won't let me do it ... why? Your help docs suggest clicking an 'advanced editing' button to allow for this, but there isn't one with the new system.

  19. When adding a certified digital signature to a pdf saved in a networked folder, the pdf often sends an error that the pdf is open by another user and can't be saved even when there is no other user. The pdf must be saved to a local folder and copied to the network and overwrite the file in order to save it. Bluebeam does not have this issue, suggesting it is a problem with Acrobat.
