    Dear Adobe Acrobat Support Team,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am writing to seek urgent assistance with my Adobe Acrobat services. I am subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat plan, paying €12.99 per month, which includes the feature to edit PDF documents. However, since Friday, your services have not been functioning at all.

  2. I used the E-sign yesterday, and now it wont work. We pay for adobe and other things from our company, so i dont understand why we cant use your E-sign system..

  3. Why does a perfectly prepared PDF document that looks good turn wonky with missing data when it is sent out for a signature?

  4. Please update your help docs for the new Adobe Sign (which is terrible by the way). I just need a document to be initialed and you won't let me do it ... why? Your help docs suggest clicking an 'advanced editing' button to allow for this, but there isn't one with the new system.

  6. When adding a certified digital signature to a pdf saved in a networked folder, the pdf often sends an error that the pdf is open by another user and can't be saved even when there is no other user. The pdf must be saved to a local folder and copied to the network and overwrite the file in order to save it. Bluebeam does not have this issue, suggesting it is a problem with Acrobat.

  8. I should be able to delete webforms. I should be able to change email to addresses after being created.

  9. Adobe e-sign is a hot mess... no other way to put it. Between the client Acrobat form editor and the online version of e-sign template creation tool and e-signature tool, none of the field roles persist. This whole e-sign app needs to be better validated.

  10. You could improve your product experience by making help available. I am unable to open an e-sign document shared with me, and my only option for help under "Contact us" is an automated text/reply engine that has only a few canned responses, none of which pertain to my issue.

  11. I am very unsatisfied with this product. Took me over an hour and the use of a YouTube tutorial to figure out how to use the esign feature. If I am paying for a product, I expect it to be user-friendly.

  12. Bug = when I add a text box > insert some text > export PDF > the text box cuts off part of the last letter. Workaround I always have to do is add a few spaces at end of text box.

  13. Why is the product limited to a maximum of 100 pages when inviting someone to e-sign a document?
    This is extremely unhelpful and means i'll have to consider other applications to obtain digital signatures.

These limits are designed to ensure optimal performance and accommodate normal usage volumes. Specifically, the page limit per transaction is set to 100 pages for most service levels, such as Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Pro, and Acrobat Sign SMB (Small Business).

  14. Hi, we have been using adobe Web Forms for over a year now and can't complain except we hope there is a way to edit its pages. We hope you can go in to an existing web form and add, remove pages of it.

    Currently, yes you can edit a web form but only the text, signature fields etc. and not the pages.

    We have application forms (onboarding forms) that have 30 to 40 + pages that are constantly changing due to policy changes etc. What's happening is that once they are created and need changes, I cannot add, remove…

  17. Thank you for making it easy to edit pdf forms. I was able to quickly submit paperwork to begin mental health treatment. Without this, I would have need to own a printer.

  18. THIS NEW ESIGNATURE is total over engineered trash. What are you thinking? Every "new" item you introduce is some engineer billable justification garbage. I want and only need a simple way for people to input and sign items. You have made this now garbage and I will be googling "simple pdf signature tool" and subscribing to them.

With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  19. I wish there was an option for checkboxes to apply to multiple fields. For example, my e-sign template has a portion that requires investors to check all that apply. This prevents me from using radio buttons because they only allow one selected answer, but when I use check boxes and the investor checks the box, all 20 check boxes check. Very upsetting and I'll probably have to use Docusign instead.

  20. In E-sign, when I add myself as a recipient, the "Prefill" recipient (which is also me) goes away and there doesn't seem to be an option to add it back. I have to leave the agreement I'm trying to send via e-sign and open it again to get the "Prefill" recipient back. But it disappears again if I add myself as a separate recipient.
