  1. Hi, in the web Fill & Sign feature, saving and downloading documents do not work properly if certain diacritical characters are used, such as 'č'. Text containing these characters is not saved.

  2. I've created a form field overlay template, and applied it to a document, but instead of overlaying the form fields in the document, it opens the document I was working with when I created the form field overlay template. What am I missing?

  5. It would be AMAZING if fillable PDF forms could have the option for more than one person, BUT NOT ALL, to edit a field. For example, I have a template that I pre-fill, then send to the owner of the company, who reviews it and signs it, then it goes to our customer for signature. First thought - I messed up on a date when I pre-filled it, so now I have to re-do the entire document, because Signer 1 (company owner) can't edit this field, and if ALL signers could edit it, the final signer, our customer, could conceivably…

  8. For e-signature, Please change the word "agreement" to "document" as it is not always an agreement. I would like to use it for invoices as well and other non-agreement.

  9. I use a form with multiple layers of embedded fields. When I click on that button, the subfields do not unlock in the Google Chrome version; they do unlock in the desktop version.

  10. Adobe Support is ****.

    Example:
    1. I have a recurring problem, previously reported to Adobe, a year ago.
    2. Adobe fixed that problem, but I warned Adobe that I can't afford for these problems to reoccur.
    3. They reoccur.
    4. I try and report the issue to Adobe for quick resolution.
    5. Adobe only provide a "virtual assistant" that doesn't respond to anything.

    Tired of this ****.

    In summary, I am now looking into DocuSign.

  12. The sign feature is bad because there is a line in the middle of the screen when you have to hand sign on your phone. The customers are confused about the line and they almost never sign above the line, only on the line or under the line which causes confusion further because it covers the automatic signing date. Can you make so that wherever they sign it goes automatically above the line? its just counter-intuitive

    Thank you for your suggestion. Currently, documents that are awaiting signatures cannot be edited to ensure the integrity of the agreement.

    We understand that being able to make minor edits, like correcting a spelling mistake or adjusting a signature field, would be helpful. We’ll pass this feedback along to the product team for consideration in future updates.

  14. You used to allow word files for signing, now you don't. This is a step back and not user friendly. Why is it when you make changes it is a considerably worse program to use? Seriously, all these new changes from the old interface is making it slower and consistently worse than the last re-iteration. Thinking of suggesting moving my organization to docusign.

  15. I just signed a document through your Adobe e-Signature and now I can't download a signed version of the document. Your service is inferior to DocuSign -- with DocuSign I can just click the original link and download my signed copy of the document. You don't even email me a signed copy of the document.

    After signing a document through Adobe e-Signature, an email with the fully signed copy is automatically sent once all parties have completed their signatures. Sometimes these emails can land in spam or promotions folders, so please check there as well as your main inbox.

  16. Very glitchy and slow software. When trying to e-sign to two recipients crashes everytime.

    Not user friendly.

  17. I am paying an absurd amount of money monthly to be able to use ONE aspect of adobe - to get signatures on documents. The fact that, without fail, I can count on "request e-signature services are temporarily unavailable" as an error message JUST when I've gotten into a workflow is absolutely infuriating. I wasted two work days already last week on hold with customer service when it would not work at all. How can this possibly be an acceptable level of product performance??????

  18. The auto-place fields makes the same mistakes on every one of these documents. Where it says "printed name" it inserts text instead of recipient name. Where it literally says TItle, it inserts text instead of my title. I only want it to insert date of signing, not date, and these fields seem to be assigned randomly. There needs to be a way to train this so that it does subsequent documents correctly. I have about 250 of these to send out and it should be so much faster than it is.

I have always found Adobe very difficult to use just gotten a very large multi page form from my employer I need to fill out I've tried everything I can to try to figure out how to fill in these boxes on my computer or on my phone and it is a nightmare I don't know if it's because the people in the office that made the document did not create it as a form or what but it is very difficult.

  20. This is awful. Adobe Acrobat keeps deleting text boxes that I have put and completed with text making me restart the whole document and not saving my work. I've tried everything. I have saved the pdf before adding more in an attempt to save my work but it just doesn't work.
