    Just jumping on bandwagon of desiring to choose toolbars to LOCK at the top of the page. I use the comment tool in everything I do... to have to go to "TOOLS" then click on it every. single. time. I open or reopen a document is MADDENING! PLEASE allow us to choose/lock toolbars.
