Comment Tools / Custom Tools
I would like to be able to lock the Comment Tools and/or my personal Custom Tools to the top of the Toolbar so they automatically show up each time you open a .pdf file. I use the Comment Tools quite frequently and it would make it much easier if I don't have to add them each time I open a .pdf file. Also, it seems strange my personal Custom Tools show up on the right side of the file. I would think they would show up on the top Toolbar.

Just jumping on bandwagon of desiring to choose toolbars to LOCK at the top of the page. I use the comment tool in everything I do... to have to go to "TOOLS" then click on it every. single. time. I open or reopen a document is MADDENING! PLEASE allow us to choose/lock toolbars.

I use and need the comment tool almost invariably with all the pdfs I work with. I would like to see the comment tool to open automatically/by default and be ready to use without having to go to the tool menu and reselect it every time I open a new pdf. Is Adobe working on this issue? It seems that there is a lot of demand for it. Thanks.

@Kelly Vaughn. I think U missed his quest. Ur video teaches how to customize the toolbar & tool pane, but I think U missed the real point. The question is how to keep the customized toolbar/tool pane always on, pinned to the toolbar.
