    Just went across to acrobat 2020 Pro and can see myself stepping back 70%in productivity due to the insane toolbar Issue. This issue seems to have been going on for years.
    If i dont get a positive response from adobe im going back to a version that supported double toolbars, coloured and NOT RIDICULOUSLY LARGE !@!!!
