    For over three years now Adobe has been "looking into this". Their IT support could solve this in a couple of days.
    ADOBE is the ONLY vendor we have that we do not receive invoices automatically via email. There should be an option to send it automatically - for those that do want it, it must be possible! Our time is valuable for us - it takes time for us to login (slow) then download the invoice. This is not acceptable.

    Just make the decision to implement it and get it done!
