    I feel a there's a high level of contempt towards customers when so many asks for the obvious for so long, and no one cares about it, business as usual.
    People don't ask for a discount or an impossible feature, but for an invoice by mail when charged, something that's a standard elsewhere.

    It's a shame I can't get the invoice by mail when a payment is made.
    I'm subscribed to many services, Adobe is the only one that won't do that, for some reason.
    They are able to charge automatically, they just can't tell you about it.
    Could be they are saving bits and bytes for ecological purposes ?
    Shame shame shame!
