Agree with you. Such a stupid feature. How acrobat concluded this feature is downright stupid. And there is no easy way to make the change. You have to get a PhD to do this. Even then you need further training. Check boxes that don't do what they say unless some other darned thing is enabled or disabled elsewhere.
