    Hi,
    The issue faced by you is due to the setting of the document set by the user. Please see the following setting in the document :
    1. Open Document→File → Properties → Initial View Tab → uncheck Center Window on screen

    Please make sure the setting is not checked in your document to avoid the issue.

    This solution in not a good one. Many of us receive PDF files generated by others and thus we have no control over this "initial view" setting. There should be a way to have the Acrobat program itself have an override of this setting. How would you like it if you had dozens of people each sending you files that changed the size of the Acrobat window on your computer?
