If there is something that needs to be done, there must be a hint. The pull down on the redact only offers the opportunity to redact entire pages, but not to apply the currently highlighted redactions. There is an instruction to "apply" the redactions, but the "apply" button is not live (it is dimmed) and there is no hint as to the problem or the next step.
