    Hi,
    The issue faced by you is due to the setting of the document set by the user. Please see the following setting in the document :
    1. Open Document→File → Properties → Initial View Tab → uncheck Center Window on screen

    Please make sure the setting is not checked in your document to avoid the issue.

    That's an awful solution. I HATE it when Adobe resizes my program window so much, I am considering disabling it and using either Soda PDF or FoxIt to see if they work more consistently with valid features. I know FoxIt is much better when it comes to marking up a document and printing it.
