Unfathomable! that Adobe is so Customer Un-friendly that it won't send an email alert re: monthly charges. HUGE waste of time for multiple people in the Customer's organization...but obviously it's working just great for Adobe, right? Adobe, be a team player here and listen to the companies and individuals who are your customers and who are making this simple request.
