  2. every time the feedback button pops up everything freezes. My feedback is stop asking for feedback.

    I don't experience a total program freeze; I can still enter text, click the radio buttons, drag the window, etc., but I am unable to click the submit button (greyed out) or close the dialog with the "cancel" or window close buttons.
