I wanted to cancel my subscription to Adobe, I had the trial week and forgot to cancel it before it ended and I got charged.
I've tried to contact Adobe several times, i couldn't do it directly from the site, and the email contact I was given was outdated.
This product isn't worth the money and the contacts are all wrong, so it becomes very difficult to take care of anything.
I would also like to ask if it would be possible to get a refund since I am not interested in the product.
