Cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro Trial. Asking for credit card update before cancel.
I would like to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro Trial. I tried to cancel that, but the website didn't enable me to go to the cancel page. It continues asking for my credit card details and continues making requests for payments on my credit card.

Canceling an Adobe Acrobat Pro trial should be straightforward, but being asked to update your credit card information before canceling can be frustrating. It raises concerns about unauthorized charges and complicates the process. Users should be cautious and explore their options, including contacting customer support for a resolution. Hello,
I wanted to cancel my subscription to Adobe, I had the trial week and forgot to cancel it before it ended and I got charged.
I've tried to contact Adobe several times, i couldn't do it directly from the site, and the email contact I was given was outdated.
This product isn't worth the money and the contacts are all wrong, so it becomes very difficult to take care of anything.
I would also like to ask if it would be possible to get a refund since I am not interested in the product. -

I am very dissatisfied with the use of your service. It is not user friendly for adjusting sizes of a document which forced me to have to use Word. Also, you try to sync everything with yours which further frustrates the situation. It won't fix your problem. Make better user friendly interfaces so that people can reach their optimal performance with you. Not level rejection work. Also, my document was compromised between trying to make corrections and upload to kdp. There was a strike or transparency going through my document which wasn't there before when I last uploaded it to Amazon kdp. Very frustrated.
