    It's possible that the necessary codecs for video playback are not installed on the computer. Sometimes the absence of suitable codecs can lead to playback issues. I have encountered similar problems while debugging video conferences for our employees, and the service https://www.2orange.nl/videoconference-oplossingen/ has become an excellent solution for us when setting up such a video conference. They quickly equipped our room with all the necessary hardware and software, configuring everything in such a way that there is no delay between audio and video, something I couldn't achieve before. Another significant advantage was the excellent customer support, ready to assist with any ongoing issues that arose.
