An easy fix for this issue is to use "find and replace".... Find an alternative and replace Acrobat with something better. Adobe dont give two sh*ts about the professionals or our issues, and they cant fix them... they cause them. Adobe make toys for children now and are getting rich doing it. Graphic designers (real, professional graphic designers) are leaving the industry purely because of Adobe and their arrogance and greed.

Im sorry everyone, but Adobe to not give a f_ck about us. Its been like that ever since they introduced this Creative Cloud BS. If youre on a Mac, set up time machine... it has saved me many times to revert back to an older version of an Adobe product. Ive been designing for twenty years and the software is ten times as worse now, than when I started. Apple and Adobe have lost their way, but it doesnt matter because they sell toys to children now and make a lot of $... the product doesnt matter anymore

If anyone has Time Machine running on their macs, its very easy to go back to an old version of Adobe and 'restore' it to a previous (and less fcuked) version. I went back 6 months, and hit restore and it worked like a charm! Fixed the new horrible menus and I can use PitStop again! Adobe have no interest in helping us

EVERYTHING Adobe introduces in each update makes the software worse, whether it be InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat.... it doesnt matter which. IT IS VERY OBVIOUS that the people designing the software do not need to use it in a professional time short environment. (for example, just creating a new document in InDesign involves atleast 2 new windows and 6 more clicks of a mouse or keyboard compared to previous - just to create a blank doc!! And EVERY system after that is just as unhelpful or cumbersome). There are a million examples of how the softwares are getting less user friendly and streamlined. But hey, atleast it costs a lot more these days and we have access to their amazingly arrogant 'Adobe Experts' who know nothing about designing for print. Fools. Its no wonder people are leaving the industry or looking for alternatives.
