As of March 2024, it seems to be unsolved in the latest version of Acrobat Reader for Macs. It's still not possible to directly copy highlighted text, at least it doesn't seem to be obvious how to. I wonder what is the status of this issue. As of March 2024, it seems to be unsolved in the latest version of Acrobat Reader for Macs. It's still not possible to directly copy highlighted text, at least it doesn't seem to be obvious how to.
