    I too have the same problem.
    Win11 Pro, Acrobat 2023.008.20555, Color Navigator 7, Eizo ColorEdge CS2740, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
    It occurred for the first time a few days ago.

    The work around is to turn off protected mode at startup.
