Honestly, I'll find a new pdf user if I can't move this toolbar. I just want to read documents. I don't need a solid portion of my screen permanently devoted to a toolbar that I can't hide or remove. Whoever thought of this should be prevented from ever working in US design again. Who in the world implements a non-minimizable, non deletable set of buttons in a READING application. Imagine if your kindle just had a flooting toolbar on top of every book you read.
