    Our firm was impacted by the 2 device limit, when Adobe erroneously detected the existing device as a third for multiple users on the same day. Adobe Support did not provide a root cause, nor can we proactively review the device activations, to get ahead of the problem ourselves. Providing administrators visibility & manageability to the activated devices would be valuable, in lieu of fixing the activation faults.

Adobe Support did not provide a root cause, nor can we proactively review the device activations, to get ahead of the problem ourselves. Increasing or removing the device activation limit would be a suitable workaround for this error.
