Could someone at Adobe please make an attempt to resolve this issue, which is still a problem more than two years later? Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Release (Classic) Version 2020.005.30710, Check for Updates says 'Adobe Acrobat is already up to date.' Microsoft Word for Mac Version 16.89.1 (24091630). MacBook Air Apple M2 running Sonoma 14.6.1. I have followed previous advice to uncheck the box for linkCreation.dotm Tools > Templates and Add-ins... and removed linkCreation.dotm file from UBF8T346G9.Office > User Content >
Startup > Word folder. I have also disabled the Launch Creative Cloud at login and the Automatic updating in Creative Cloud user settings. Please advise on what further could be done. Many thanks.
