    I completely agree with this. AI tools can be helpful, but constant pop-ups and automatic interruptions make it harder to focus on actual work. Not everyone needs summaries or rewritten content all the time, and users should have the option to enable or disable AI assistance based on their own preferences. Control should always remain with the user, not the system.

    AI should act as a tool, not as an interruption. When used properly and optionally, it can improve productivity and even help users explore creative possibilities.     Giving users full control over AI behavior would create a much better experience and allow people to benefit from AI without unnecessary frustration.
