    This looks like a Windows 11–specific bug related to saving PDFs over mapped DFS paths. Since the same account works on Windows 10 and direct UNC paths work fine, the issue is likely tied to how Windows 11 handles DFS redirection or file locking. A few things you can try:

    Update Windows 11 to the latest cumulative patch Microsoft has pushed fixes for DFS/SMB behaviour in recent updates.

    Update Adobe Reader, as older versions struggle with Windows 11’s new SMB signing and caching rules.

    Test with SMB signing and caching disabled on the Windows 11 client to see if it resolves the save failure.

    Use the direct UNC path as a temporary workaround until Microsoft patches the DFS issue.

    This is affecting many Windows 11 environments, so it is very likely a compatibility bug rather than a permissions problem.
