Handling 10,000+ MSG files definitely requires a stable and scalable solution. In my experience, the key things to look for are batch processing support, data integrity preservation, and the ability to work without Outlook dependency. Also, testing the demo version before full migration is always a smart approach for large conversions.

This would definitely be a huge productivity improvement for teams working heavily with documents in Salesforce. Constantly downloading, editing, and re-uploading PDFs becomes time-consuming, especially for sales and support workflows. A native or smoother Adobe Acrobat integration inside Salesforce would make document handling much more efficient and user-friendly. Hope Salesforce or Adobe expands this capability further.
