    I used the old one yesterday, the new one today is impossible to work with so I gave up and sent it the old way via paper!

    The previous Request E-Signatures workflow was straightforward: I could add recipients and place signature fields directly. In the current interface, existing PDF form fields are detected and repopulated, but recipients/signature assignment is confusing and I receive a ‘Missing Signature Fields’ warning without an obvious way to add or assign those fields. The new workflow has made a previously simple business task substantially harder. Please restore a clear recipient-selection and drag/drop signature-field workflow, or provide an option to use the previous interface.
