For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. As a home inspector, I send out agreements for electronic signature daily. Many times a week, my clients can't find the request for signature either because the Subject line does not stand out from other email and/or the request just goes to their SPAM folder.
    Anything Adobe could do to help avoid these requests going to people's SPAM folders would be much appreciated.

  2. My recipient David Granado cannot open the w9 and direct deposit links i sent him. He says it times out. I tried texting your AI bot, but it's useless. Is this a browser issue from my recipient or are the links bad?

  3. the position of the signature in request e signature is not at the place where the signature field is added to.

  5. DO NOT force Sign users to use New Sign until is ready; it is not ready now.
    New Sign breaks existing templates by (I think) defaulting all initial (& other?) fields to the first sender, even when it was 2nd sender on the template.
    Long-time user of Sign. Got the notice it's coming, whether we want it or not (and whether it's remotely ready, evidently.) So I tried it out.
    My documents have, typically, just two signers: me as sender and the recipient. Template docs have assigned fields with assigned fillers/signers/initialers -- either me or the recipient.

  7. Hello Adobe Team,
    highly appreciate your efforts to continuously improve the product.
    there are couple of points i wanted to bring to your attention.
    1. the new Adobe Desktop version has a glitch where if i send a document for signature via Adobe Sign (desktop) the fields that I mark as to be signed by the customer, do not show up when the customer opens the document to sign. I have to come to web version of adobe in order to make sure that this doesn't happen.

  8. Hi there,
    On mobile phone, when we use the adobe sign to sign the documents, it seems we cannot change the signatures. we can do so on laptops and PCs only. As it is supposed to be convenient and user-friendly, the feature of swopping the signatures stored should work on mobile phones too. Please help look into it. Thanks

  11. It is ridiculous to waste time to find it out e-signature feature and sending it to get sign.
    I endup using Dropbox for signature.
    Just advertisement, improve it.

  12. Please allow us to edit or delete an email / name once we have added one without having to delete and restart the entire transaction (For example, if we are sending to multiple recipients and one email bounces back, please give us the ability to edit that document instead of restarting)

  13. We would like to request a feature that allows multiple people to be assigned the same signing order. For example, have 3 tenants be able to view and sign documents at the same time (All 3 Tenants Assigned Signing Order 1), and then have the Landlord only be able to view and sign after the tenants have all signed (Landlord as Signing Order 2).

    For leasing services, the Landlord always has to sign last. Adding this feature would be helpful to minimize transactions so that we can include the landlord on the initial transaction. In the current format, it requires…

  14. Hello, when we send multiple documents for e-signature, the file name by default appears as "binder agreement". I always rename it to the name I would prefer however, the edited name is never accepted. The documents once sent for e-signature will revert back to "binder". Can this be resolved? It appears very weird that the client receiving the document for signature receive it as "binder" for signature.

  16. Since you updated it has broken prepare a form. I can no longer save a pdf with any field (initials, signature, date, ect.) other than text and than request signatures from that saved pdf. It won't change the field from text to literally anything else.

  17. I have had multiple documents cutoff signatures when E-signing. I am wondering if someone could help me figure out why and get the signatures to show up.

    If you are trying to modify an agreement it will not be possible since it is already signed and approved. You will need to use a copy of the file that wasn't signed or approved.

  20. Whatever changes you made to the e-signature process is altogether bad and annoying.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
