Signature Requests going to SPAM folders
As a home inspector, I send out agreements for electronic signature daily. Many times a week, my clients can't find the request for signature either because the Subject line does not stand out from other email and/or the request just goes to their SPAM folder.
Anything Adobe could do to help avoid these requests going to people's SPAM folders would be much appreciated.1 voteHello The Legacy Inspection Group,

Title of the documents for e-signature
Hello, when we send multiple documents for e-signature, the file name by default appears as "binder agreement". I always rename it to the name I would prefer however, the edited name is never accepted. The documents once sent for e-signature will revert back to "binder". Can this be resolved? It appears very weird that the client receiving the document for signature receive it as "binder" for signature.

How can I edit pdf
How can I edit
1 voteHello Sam,
If you are trying to modify an agreement it will not be possible since it is already signed and approved. You will need to use a copy of the file that wasn't signed or approved.
Hope this helps!

The new e-sign procedure is bad.
Whatever changes you made to the e-signature process is altogether bad and annoying.

Placeholders in document not visible
Placeholders in documents for signing not visible.
When I send a document for e-signature, and I refer to it before it has been signed, the document does not show the placeholders for the signatures and other fields (eg. name, date, company etc) that I have placed in the document.
Docusign can do this, why is this not available here?1 voteHello Ee San Lim,

Toggle default save signed document history
We should be able to choose the Default action (Toggle) if we want to-be-signed documents to autosave to Adobe account and/or choose on demand for any particular document. Currently, everyone using that Adobe account has access to any files ever sent/received to-be-signed over however many past years. That may include documents with confidential information. Potentially confidential files from past employees/employers, past students/teachers, past friends/family to whoever currently has access to the Adobe account.

As a workaround you can always use the "Send in Bulk" tool, which does have a password protection, just follow the next steps, and also check the video attached:
- Use any entry point named "Send in Bulk" and add the desired file to be sent
- Add the required recipients
- Add an access password under "Agreement settings"
- Modify the document with as many fields as needed
- Send the agreement
This way, in your account, your document is protected from anyone who does not have the password.

Buggy Acrobat Sign using templates
Your Adobe sign software is super buggy.
I cannot save a local copy of the file I just opened.
When I change the name from template to proper document name, it does not save and reverts to the old template name.
The template date format was set to be YYYY-MM-DD, yet when I first open it, it reverts to American format, and I have to correct it again each time.1 voteHi,

Resending the Signed AdobeSign
If a signer signs the document with the wrong name, it would be great to have a feature where we can resend the same AdobeSign as a fresh AdobeSign without having to replace all signature boxes.

Requesting E-signature process
The new way of processing Requesting E-Signatures is honestly terrible. I am not sure why the beginning of the process was changed whenever you upload the files, another screen would prompt with adding recipients, then adding your message to go along with the document. It takes way longer now when doing mass requests. Please revert back to the previous process.

Links timing out
My recipient David Granado cannot open the w9 and direct deposit links i sent him. He says it times out. I tried texting your AI bot, but it's useless. Is this a browser issue from my recipient or are the links bad?

Reword for 'Click to Sign' option
In the last week I have sent approx 80 agreements for e-sign. Around 20% of people contacted me with the same issue. After they had signed an option appears to click 'Finish'. Once clicking 'Finish' the next option appears that reads 'Click to Sign' this was confusing to them as they had already signed. As a result they would not click and just left the screen believing they had "finished" Please consider rewording this step to 'Click to approve' or 'Click to finalise'
1 voteHi Jade,
Thank you for your feedback regarding the 'Click to Sign' option. We understand how this phrasing could cause confusion, especially after completing the signing process.
We will consider rewording this step to make it more intuitive.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will prioritize this improvement to ensure a smoother experience for all users.
