    Also If you could, please also attach the snapshots of printed documents with contains “codes at the top or bottom”.

    I will tell you what I discovered... when you have the free Adobe PDF reader installed (as 99% of users do) it will conflict with any instance of Adobe DC Pro that you try to run. Even IF you uninstall it, there are little nuggets left behind to conflict ... I have finally had success after my computer was reconfigured (for another process) and I was able to download/install DC Pro BEFORE anyone put the free reader on my phone and I've had no issues since
